Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our Health and Wellness concierge services. To ensure the highest level of care and efficiency for all our clients, we've established the following booking polices.  By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of policy. This policy is in place is in place to protect time and resources of our licensed medical professionals and to ensure appointment availability  for all clients.  

 

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking your appointment. All services are monitored and overseen by a licensed physician medical director to maintain clinical quality and compliance. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a phone call or text  directly from our office and details of service is reviewed and confirmed between both parties. Full payment is due at time of service. The card entered on file will be used for deposit and the total amount will be due the  day of service . If you are deemed not a medically appropriate client for our services you will receive a full refund and no services will be rendered.

 

You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking with no penalty. You may also cancel your appointment up to 24 hours of your schedule service date and time without penalty.

 

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge of the total service fee. No shows will be charged the full service amount. All sales or final . There are no refunds for any services received once service has been provided.  

 

Only one (1) reschedule will be allowed per appointment. All reschedules requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
